The National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) announces a call for proposals for the management of three strategically important hotel complexes in the historic center and resort area of Odesa.
The following properties are involved:
▪️The “Mozart” Hotel and Restaurant — a unique architectural landmark built in 1870, located in the historic center of the city at the intersection of Richelievska and Lanzheronivska streets. The building, with a total area of 6,490.9 square meters, has been completely restored based on old photographs and plans, with the authentic facade and interiors being restored. The hotel is located just 2 km from the railway station and next to the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
▪️Hotel “OK Odessa” is a functioning three-star business hotel in the prestigious Arcadia district. The complex was completely renovated in 2012 and has 175 rooms of various categories for 363 guests. It includes a banquet hall for 600 people with 7 rooms and a concert hall for 1,000 visitors with the most modern equipment. The hotel has its own 24-hour secure parking.
▪️ “Arcadia” Hotel — a large hotel complex in the resort and entertainment center of Odessa with 287 rooms of five categories. It includes a separate apartment complex with two-room suites, a banquet hall for 150 guests, and 5 conference rooms ranging from 40 to 170 square meters in size, which can accommodate from 20 to 200 participants.
All three hotel complexes are located in the most attractive tourist locations of Odessa — in the historic center and the resort area of Arcadia, in close proximity to beaches and cultural attractions.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 3:00 p.m. on July 25, 2025.
ARMA continues to search for reliable and competent managers who can effectively represent the interests of the state and contribute to the development of the tourism industry even in the current difficult conditions.
ARMA invites all potential managers to participate. More information is available on the official ARMA website.
ARMA's task is to ensure that every seized asset is not simply stored but works for the state's economy. And Odessa's hotel complexes are important elements in the strategy for the development of Ukraine's tourism industry.
