The National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets announces the sale of a property complex consisting of 494 land plots, as well as the upper and lower stations of a ski lift in Zakarpattia region.

As a result of an open competitive selection process, the private enterprise “Tender Online” was selected as the asset seller.

The asset has high investment appeal. These are large land plots located in a mountainous region with prospects for the development of tourist infrastructure, in particular ski resorts, which will contribute to the growth of the region's economic potential.

The property is divided into three separate lots, which have already been published in the Prozorro.Sale system:

Lot with a total area of 26.7366 hectares.

Lot with a total area of 199.1488 hectares, which includes the lower and upper stations of the ski lift.

Lot with a total area of 234.7903 hectares.

Bids will be accepted until July 6, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. The electronic auction is scheduled for July 7, 2025, at 11:10 a.m.
